Group

Prenatal Classes

These classes are designed to prepare and empower you for birth and your postpatum experience. Group classes allow you to learn amongst other expectant parents in an interactive learning environment, including a variety of group activities and couples. This class focused on making informed choices that are right for your family. Couples will have a chance to practice several types of coping and comfort measures in class, including some 1:1 instruction from your instructor. Families with any type of care provider and any planned place of birth are welcome.

  • Recommended between 27-32 weeks

  • Currently offered as a 1-day, 8-hr class

Private In-Home

Prenatal Classes

These classes are designed to prepare and empower you for birth and your postpatum experience. Private classes cover the same information as the group class, but give you the benefit of 1:1 instruction, with the opportunity to custom the class to your family’s unique situation or hopes for your birth. This class focused on making informed choices that are right for your family. You and your partner will have an opportunity to practice comfort measures in class. Families with any type of care provider and any planned place of birth are welcome. Specialty class options are available including for C-sections and Single Moms.

  • Recommended between 27-32 weeks

  • Currently offered as a 1-time, 4-hr class

Refresher

Prenatal Classes

These classes are designed to prepare and empower you for birth and your postpatum experience. Refresher classes require that you have taken a prenatal class in the past for a previous pregnancy. Refresher classes are great for subsequent pregnancies to help prepare you for birth again and to prepare you for the changes to come in your family (adapting to life with more than one baby, help for siblings, etc.). This class focused on making informed choices that are right for your family. Families with any type of care provider and any planned place of birth are welcome.

  • Recommended between 27-32 weeks

  • Currently offered as a private in-home class that is 2-hrs in length
