Considering Purely Virtual Classes / Sessions?
All of our group & private classes/sessions have been adapted for virtual participation / learning.
These classes offer you the opportunity to learn in real-time, with activities for couples, individuals, groups, as well as practice time for techniques and demonstrations.
All participants attending virtually will be able to view the class content, including PowerPoint slides, video and voice from your instructor, all videos, as well as activities. Participants receive a Digital Resource Folder through Dropbox, copies of the slides as worksheets (6-slides per page), and links to all the videos shown / or recommended to compliment your class.
