Considering Purely Virtual Classes / Sessions?

• All of our group & private classes/sessions have been adapted for virtual participation / learning.

• These classes offer you the opportunity to learn in real-time, with activities for couples, individuals, groups, as well as practice time for techniques and demonstrations.

• All participants attending virtually will be able to view the class content, including PowerPoint slides, video and voice from your instructor, all videos, as well as activities. Participants receive a Digital Resource Folder through Dropbox, copies of the slides as worksheets (6-slides per page), and links to all the videos shown / or recommended to compliment your class.
