I've learned that sometimes, technology fails. Unfortunately this week I discovered that the contact forms on both the Bean Family Wellness website and the Imagery by Bean website have not been working for the past many months: Bean Family Wellness since January 2018, and Imagery by Bean since the Fall of 2017. Unfortunately the system was showing potential clients that the message had been sent, but meanwhile, I was not receiving any contact form messages and unfortunately cannot retrieve them. During this time I never received notification through my email or website hosting company, so I wasn't aware that there was an issue until yesterday.
I would like to formally apologize to anyone who has tried to contact me using the contact forms on either website during these dates. In all situations in life, I try to put myself in other people's shoes, to understand how they might feel in the same situation. I feel horrible that families may have messaged through the form as their primary form of contact, and didn't receive a reply.
This situation has made me realize how much we rely on technology. And, even when we try our best to put safe guards in place to limit the chance of this, sometimes it still happens without our knowledge.
